What you need to know

If it's your first time, make sure to arrive 15 minutes early to get instructions.
Small comforts:
You can get a free small face towel from us.
Punctuality matters:
Don't be late! We do not allow entry after the session starts — it's important for your safety and to maintain the workout atmosphere.
Snack before training:
We recommend a light carb-based snack before the session to keep your energy levels up.
Equipment:
We provide free boxing gloves, but you must bring your own hand wraps or buy them at reception.
Canceling your booking:
You can cancel your session without loss up to 3 hours before it starts. Classes from 7 to 9 AM can only be canceled without loss until 10:00 PM the day before.
Story filming:
During training, coaches may record stories so you can celebrate your achievements. Let your coach know in advance if you prefer not to be filmed.
